GENERAL CONDITIONS A2Z-FASHIONSTORE

Article 1 - Ordering                                                                                                          By ordering you indicate that you agree with our general conditions. The minimum order amount is € 50.00 excl. VAT and excl. shippingfee. All goods remain our property until the payment has taken place. Items which are insufficiently in stock     will not be taken in backorder.  The difference will be credited.

 

Article 2 - Payment                                                                                                 Payment must be made in advance by banktransfer. Please state your ordernumber.  Our bank account number is 10.39.66.331 to E. Muermans at Landgraaf

Article 3 - Delivery                                                                                                          We deliver worldwide. We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. For any delays and any further consequences we will not be held responsible.

 

Shippingfee EU1 up to 2kg : International parcel TNT € 13,10

Shippingfee EU2 up to 2kg : International parcel TNT € 18,80

All other                             : Shippingfee will be calculated

Article 4 - Cancelling                                                                                                 Orders can be cancelled within 2 days and only by notification by email.

 

Article 5 - Prices, discounts and VAT                                                                            Price are exclusive 19% VAT. The minimum order value is  € 50. - (fifty euro),  exclusively VAT and exclusively shippingfee. We give discount of 3 - 6 and 10% on a large selection of our articles if you order 3, 6 or 12 items per article. We give € 6,75 shippingdiscount for orders above € 100, - exclusively VAT and exclusive shippingfee. Foreign customers must provide a valid VAT number in order to buy against the         0% VAT tariff. If we did not receive you're VAT number yet, you will need to send it       by e-mail, otherwise you will be charged with 19% VAT.

 

Article 6 -  Modifications                                                                                               A2Z-FashionSTore is entitled to adjust any prices without notification.

 

Article 7 - Guarantee                                                                                             All orders will be handled with great care. However, should you have any problems, please get in touch with us by e-mail, within 2 working days after receiving your order. We need you to give us a proper description of the problem . In case of guarantee you can return the items, sufficiently  stamped. Only items with manufacturingproblems   will be fully refunded. Items with marks of being worn, or loss of rhinestones will not   be refunded.  Any items already sold will not get any refunding. Items returned without nofication will not be accepted.

 

Article 8 - Returns                                                                                                             In case a item does not fulfill your expectation, ofcourse can be returned. Please contact us within 1 workingday by e-mail. Make sure returned items are carefully packed and sufficiently stamped. In case of returns we will deduct 80% of the purchase-amount off the returns at your next order. We charge 20% administration and handlingfee.  Items returned without nofication will not be accepted.

 

Article 9 - Copyrights                                                                                                Nothing of this site may be used by third parties without authorisation off                   A2Z-FashionSTore. To all rights, obligations and all orders on which applies these conditions exclusively applies the Dutch Law.
